    Everyone should watch this and learn a thing or two about autism. I think continued communication with Carly would help doctors and therapists understand autism more comprehensively, and will then allow them to deal with it more effectively, and also educate parents who are born with autistic children.

    How can you explain something you have not lived or if you don’t know what it’s like to have it? If a horse is sick, you don’t ask a fish what’s wrong with the horse. You go right to the horse’s mouth.

    It is really sad to know about the internal battle that she has to go through each and every single day, and that she is completely conscious of social-norms and how people perceive her. I wanna get her book! Someone let me know if you find it - it’s titled Carly’s Voice by Arthur Fleischmann and Carly Fleischmann.

    You’ve never been in my body. I wish for one day you could be in my body.
