Best Sunday in awhile.
My day started at 730AM today. I got up early to accompany the bf to a soccer game, and boy, I’m glad I did! This is the first game I’ve been to where a few other wives came in support, and along with the wives, super adorable kids!!! I babysitted and chatted with some of the mummies, and then Linda’s kids wanted me to go for lunch with them. So when the game ended, we went a few blocks down to have chicken rice.

(Alyssa, Aryanna, and Annika)

(Mummy Linda and her kids. The helmet was getting a lot of attention this morning! Lol! All the kids wanted to wear it.)
Annika, 8, is the eldest of her siblings, and she comes across as very mature for her age. She laments exercising, but enjoys dancing. Alyssa, 7, is the most talkative, competitive, and energetic! She keeps asking me to run with her and play games with her and Ana. Aryanna, 4, loves Dora The Explorer and loves picking flowers for her mummy. Ayden, 2, has a very limited vocabulary, but uses it effectively throughout the entire 2 hours, asking for “thong! thong!” (he meant, song), “ball” and for us to “move” out of his way. He obviously also has a sense of humour. When we went, “Eeeeeeeee!” when he was smearing his mucus with his finger, he charged at me, finger pointed at me, with a cheeky grin on his face.
Linda has a beautiful family - I’m glad I met her. All Lindas seem to be nice people. Heh.
Before the weekly grocery shopping, we dropped by the bf’s place for about two hours. His mummy was so cute today! I enjoy my small moments with her because she always makes me smile. When I went to salam her and tell her I was making a move, she expressed shock that I was there for such a short period of time. And then she struggled to get up and hug me and kiss my cheeks, and there was so much pride in her eyes when she said, “Take care and all the best.” (for my job, which is starting tomorrow) My first hug from her! Awwwww :’)
Now I’m back home, happy and sleepy.
